Feasibility Study
A BOXABL Home Advisor will reach out toperform a virtual initial site check and preliminary feasibility report. They can also assist with getting you pre-qualified with one of our finance partners if needed.
Make it Official
Ready to move forward with the purchase process and secure your spot in the production queue? The next step is to pay a $2500 deposit to begin the purchase process.
Permit Approval
We take care of pulling permits and securing approvals on your behalf. Timing can vary based on your local jurisdiction, but we manage the process every step of the way.
Site Prep
Once permits are approved, we'll start preparing your site - foundation, utilities, and everything needed for delivery.
Delivery & Installation
