Inventions
Patents, prototypes, tooling, processes, software. If you've solved a piece of the problem — a faster panel, a cheaper connection, a better factory line — we want to see it.

Why build it when we can buy it?
Housing is too expensive right now, and every year we spend inventing something that already exists is a year homes stay unaffordable. If someone has already solved a piece of it, the fastest path is to bring them in — not to start over in-house and hope we catch up.
Buying gets us a working operation on day one: customers already attached, people who have done the job for years, equipment and permits in place, and founders who stay and scale what they built.
