Designed for speed, comfort, and scalability, Sanctuary delivers temporary housing for disaster response and humanitarian aid. Units are engineered to be deployed within 30 minutes — offering immediate, dignified shelter to those affected by disasters around the world. Sanctuary ships globally and assembles rapidly, making it a practical option for governments, non-profits, and emergency response organizations that need effective, sustainable housing for displaced populations.

Single occupancy

Sanctuary Sleep 1 (55)

The compact single-occupancy unit. One large openable security window, one bed or convertible sofa, and built-in storage. Recommended for homeless housing programs.

Single or double occupancy

Sanctuary Sleep 2 (85)

The wider unit, with two security windows and room for two beds. Recommended for emergency housing where residents are placed in pairs or need more room.

What every unit includes

Ships flat, 16–20 per container

Depending on the model, a single shipping container holds 16 to 20 units — so a container that leaves the factory becomes a small village on arrival.

Two people, one screwdriver

A two-person crew unpacks 4 to 6 units per hour with nothing more than a screwdriver. Each unit is standing and habitable within 30 minutes.

Climate controlled

Heating and air conditioning come built in, backed by superior insulation that holds temperature in extreme heat and cold.

Sleeping and storage

A bed or a convertible sofa, plus built-in storage cabinetry so residents have somewhere to keep their belongings.

LED lighting inside and out

Interior lighting for living, exterior lighting for the porch and pathways — which keeps shared areas usable and safe after dark.

Full-size, repackable design

Practical, full-size living space that can be repacked and redeployed when a program ends or moves — the units are an asset, not a write-off.

Where Sanctuary covers the first 30 minutes, the workforce units cover the next few years. Each one arrives as a finished home with private bedrooms around a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry — built on the same factory line, delivered on a truck, and set on a prepared pad.
